You'll walk us through your project and explain in detail exactly what you want. Pictures of things you like are often very helpful so we understand what your  expectations and goals are. If you're unsure exactly what you want, we'd be happy to offer suggestions regarding design, layout, and materials. We'll then provide a bid with a line-item breakdown of everything we discussed so you know no detail will be overlooked.

The price we give is the price you pay. We don't tack on extra charges or costs after we've started. If anything unforeseen comes up or you change your mind about something, it's no problem - we'll discuss it together!

Joyal Construction employees are always onsite and do nearly 100% of the work on every job. We're there every single day until the job is complete. This continuity also ensures your job moves quickly, seamlessly, and virtually eliminates mistakes or overlooked details.
